Tavistock Youth Cafe Plus was the Brain Child of Cathy Sharp, Mother of Harry who is a Special Teenager attending Tavistock College. Parent Carer Voice Co-ordinator Helen Phillips helped form a Committe of Parents who would take the reins and ''go for it!'' Sheena and Allen Lewis both put their hands up and were enlisted immediately.
Sheena cracks on with Home Made cakes most weeks selling them at a really low price to Children and the Parents-her Jam Sponge's aren’t to be missed!
Allen is always trying to raise funds and uses his contacts in the Horse Racing World to get signed memorabilia to raise extra money to spend on the Group.
Desert Orchid prints have been donated and other famous race horses have arrived in the post.
